6. AI-Based Communication (Gemini AI)

To respond to complex inquiries, Gemini AI (Google LLC) may be integrated. Text input is pseudonymized to avoid personal identification. Processing occurs only with your explicit consent.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (Consent).

No automated decision-making with legal effect takes place. Where possible, data is anonymized or processed within the EU before transfer.

7. Technical Infrastructure
